Between care visits, there is an 8–12 hour gap with no monitoring, no check-in, no way for family to know if something has gone wrong. 2 million people have unmet social care needs. The NHS spends £500M+ annually on medication non-adherence alone.
The technology solutions that exist either require expensive smart speakers, need home broadband, or demand a level of digital literacy that excludes the very people who need help most. Over 700,000 elderly people cannot use NHS digital tools at all.
Marra answers these challenges directly — with a voice-first system that works on any phone, in any language, with zero technical knowledge required.
